I think children should start doing house work as soon as they can start walking, this way things like this won't happen, like a 14 year old kid who thinks you start a vacuum by yanking on the electric cord like you would a lawn mower. Now granted, it's quite possible the Father filming told him this is how it starts as the video starts midway through the situation, but we'll never know.
Eventually the Dad does tell the boy to try plugging it into the wall and push the button to turn it on, although it looks like the first thing he vacuumed up was a sock, so I'm not sure if that's progress or not.
Who knows if little Conor will ever learn all the important and crucial life lessons that's needed to get by in this harsh cruel world where your own Father picks up a video camera to make fun of how dumb you are.
"Conor, It's not a motorbike!"
